Paris, known for its culinary excellence, has in recent years brought refined dining to airports—a place once notorious for lacking good food.According to Lonely Planet, the I Love Paris restaurant at Charles de Gaulle Airport has shattered the stereotype of limited airport food options and has been named the world's best airport restaurant.

Helmed by Michelin-starred chef Guy Martin, this restaurant took first place in the "Airport Food & Beverage Awards" annual competition—a highly prestigious accolade recognizing restaurants with "exceptional culinary identity." Chef Guy Martin also outshone fellow Michelin chef Gordon Ramsay’s in-flight offerings at Heathrow Airport.
The restaurant opened in June 2015, located in Terminal 2E, Hall L, featuring 70 seats. Travelers heading to Paris or transiting through the airport may want to give it a try.
