Its signature product, the “semi-soft cheese cake,” sells one every 30 seconds. “Milch” means “milk” in German. Unlike some desserts that lose their appeal if not consumed fresh, Yufuin milch’s semi-soft cheese cake tastes uniquely delicious whether served cold or warm.

The signature semi-soft cheese cake is made using milk from Yufuin and comes in both chilled and warm options, both equally delicious. The chilled version melts in your mouth like ice cream, delivering a rich cheese aroma, while the warm cake features a golden, crispy surface that exudes a strong milk fragrance. The middle layer of cheese cream is semi-soft, and the bottom has a soft cake base—multiple textures and rich flavors burst in your mouth all at once.
From September 21 to September 27, the semi-soft cheese cake will be available with a “buy five, get one free” promotion for seven consecutive days.
