Typhoon Trami (No. 24, international name: TRAMI), currently centered at 19.80°N, 128.80°E, has clearly begun shifting northward and is moving slowly. Travelers planning to visit Okinawa or Japan in the coming days should pay close attention to weather changes.

Due to the change in Typhoon Trami’s path, its peripheral circulation may still have an impact. Additionally, due to the northeast monsoon, localized brief showers are expected in northern and eastern Taiwan. Although rainfall is not forecasted to be as heavy as previously predicted these days, the weather remains unstable—it’s safer to carry rain gear when going out.

Meanwhile, there is also a tropical depression with a pressure of 1006 hPa located at 24°N, 155°E, east of Iwo Jima, moving northwest-north at 25 km/h. Its movement is also worth monitoring.
