The “Mandarin Holidays 2.0” program, jointly launched by the city government and Mandarin Airlines, partners with designated travel agencies in Hong Kong and Macau, allowing travelers to arrange their flights, hotels, and local itineraries all at once. Travelers can fly directly from Hong Kong to Taichung, visit the Flower Expo, and then explore other parts of Taiwan.

Mandarin Holidays 2.0 offers three promotional packages. The first wave includes discounted bundled tickets for Kinmen, Penghu, and Hualien. Travelers can enjoy a “buy one get one free” deal for two people traveling together!The second wave offers bundled tickets for the 2018 Taichung Flower Expo, with a discount of HK$150 per flight ticket and a complimentary Flower Expo ticket worth HK$88.
