LOBA Braised Pork Rice highlights “three” exclusives: customers can customize the golden ratio of lean, medium, and fatty braised pork, choose from three types of eggs—braised egg, soft-boiled egg, or onsen egg—and mix and match three side ingredients—pickled mustard greens, sauerkraut, and cilantro—to create their own perfect bowl of braised pork rice.
The key to a delicious bowl of braised pork rice lies in high-quality ingredients. LOBA selects the finest Taiwanese pork—Jiuhao Pork—from farm to table, maximizing the potential of every cut. It also uses Wushan eggs, safe even for pregnant women, with each egg featuring identity certification.
The first LOBA Braised Pork Rice store will be located at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi New World A8. The braised pork rice comes with a daily freshly made bone broth and blanched vegetables, forming a satisfying meal set starting at $129.

The store adopts a fully self-service dining style, allowing customers to see the food directly and customize their orders freely. In addition to the signature braised pork rice, there are also various à la carte braised dishes to choose from, such as tiger palm—made from the tendon around the pig’s knee, a rare ingredient available from only two per pig, known for its gelatinous and Q-textured chew.
