Popular Kaohsiung fried steak makes its way northbound with buy-one-get-one-free launch offer

Attention fried steak lovers—Kaohsiung’s popular “Tiger Next Japanese BBQ & Fried Steak Specialty Shop” has made its debut in Taipei’s Xinyi District, and during its opening period, it's offering a limited-time buy-one-get-one-free deal with just 20 portions available per day.

In addition to fried steak and BBQ, Tiger Next Japanese BBQ & Fried Steak Specialty Shop also features a special menu item—the “fried black tuna.” With its crispy batter and tender black tuna inside, paired with the shop’s homemade sauce, it takes the flavor to the next level.

As for the steak options, there are three cooking methods available: deep-fried, grilled, and pan-fried. The selection of beef types is rich, including Wagyu, filet mignon, and wagyu with marbleizing. Steaks are served at approximately medium-rare to medium (3–5 doneness), and each order comes with a small grill plate so guests can adjust the doneness to their liking.
