Another tropical depression with a pressure of 1002 hPa is located at 11 degrees north latitude and 127 degrees east longitude, in the sea area east of the Philippines, moving westward at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour, showing a tendency to develop into a mild typhoon.

Due to the strengthening of the northeast monsoon, the weather in northern and northeastern Taiwan will be cooler on the 21st, and temperatures will be relatively low across the island in the morning and evening. Temperature differences should be noted. There will be scattered rainfall in northern and eastern Taiwan on the evening of the 21st. Temperatures will drop more noticeably on the 22nd and 23rd. On Saturday, November 24th (also the day of the Nine-in-One elections), temperatures will rise again and stabilize.
