The 2018 Taoyuan Flower Festival created a "Fairy Grass Flower Sea" this year in Yangmei that resembles a lavender field in Provence. The romantic scene makes you feel as if you've been transported to southern France. In addition to the incredibly photogenic flower sea, there are many activities around the area, bustling with excitement all the way until the end of the year.

The theme of the Yangmei exhibition area at this year's Taoyuan Flower Festival is "Purple Love Yangmei, Cherishing Happiness Together."

The purple flower fields on-site are filled with a romantic ambiance, but don't be fooled into thinking they're lavender. This year, the highlight of the park is the "Fairy Grass Flower Sea."

The park also features gradient flower fields and a regionally limited "Fairy Grass Ice Cream."

Art installations such as "Bamboo Weaving Fulfillment," "Purple Enchanted Christmas Tree," and "Happy Glass House" are being completed one after another. You can start planning a colorful weekend micro-trip to Taoyuan.
