Starting Tuesday, December 4, rain is expected in the north and eastern half. From Wednesday, December 5, as a weak frontal system moves through the northern seas and under the influence of northeasterly winds, mornings in the north and northeast will begin to turn cooler. The eastern half will see localized brief showers, while the northern region will also transition to localized brief showers. Other regions will be mostly cloudy to sunny.

On Thursday, December 6, daytime temperatures will rise slightly.After nightfall, northeasterly monsoons will strengthen, bringing another cooldown to the north and northeast, with possible brief showers.From Friday to Saturday, under the influence of northeasterly monsoons, the weather will turn noticeably cooler, with temperatures in the north dipping below 20°C to around 17–19°C. Mountainous areas in Miaoli could even see lows around 16°C. The north and eastern half will see localized brief showers, other regions will be mostly cloudy to sunny. Saturday will also bring localized brief showers to mountainous areas in central and southern Taiwan.
