JR West Japan Railway launches a collection game; collect stamps to exchange for Okayama souvenirs

According to the Japan Okayama Taiwan Promotion Office, travelers can obtain the “Okayama Tourism Guide & Momotaro Stamp Rally Collection Handbook” at the new Shinkansen ticket gate on the second floor of JR Okayama Station or at designated stamp collection points. They can then collect stamps at eight locations within Okayama Prefecture, including Okayama, Kurashiki, Kojima, and Bizen. Based on the number of stamps collected, they can exchange them for various Momotaro-themed special souvenirs.

Among the Momotaro special souvenirs, there are practical denim tote bags and the grand prize—a cute Momotaro plush toy. In addition, foreign tourists holding a JR West Japan Railway Pass can visit the “Momotaro Tourism Center” on the B1 floor of JR Okayama Station, where each person will be given one special aluminum badge.

Travelers can participate in the stamp rally activity with the following seven types of JR West Japan Railway Passes. The Japan Okayama Taiwan Promotion Office highly recommends these passes for both their value and convenience, and they can also be used to travel to other areas.
