Tigerair Taiwan launches flights from Taoyuan to Sapporo in September — enjoy Hokkaido’s autumn foliage from just NT$1,399

To tap into the Hokkaido travel market, Tigerair Taiwan announced on the 19th that it will launch its second Hokkaido route, “Taoyuan–Sapporo New Chitose,” on September 13. To celebrate the new route, a three-day limited-time launch promotion will begin at 2:00 PM on July 20, offering one-way fares starting from NT$1,399 (excluding tax). In the initial phase of the “Taoyuan–Sapporo New Chitose” route, Tigerair Taiwan will operate three round-trip flights per week. Departures are scheduled for 3:25 AM every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from Taoyuan, with returns at 9:30 AM every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from New Chitose Airport.

Tickets for the “Taoyuan–Sapporo New Chitose” route go on sale on the 20th, with the three-day limited-time launch promotion running from 2:00 PM that day until 11:59 PM on July 22. One-way fares start from NT$1,399 (excluding tax), valid for travel between September 13, 2016, and October 29, 2016.
