From Monday daytime until the morning of the 11th, the northeast monsoon will weaken slightly, with temperatures rising slightly to around 23°C. The northern and northeastern regions will see localized brief showers, the eastern and southeastern regions will have scattered brief showers, while other areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny.

Starting from the afternoon of Tuesday the 11th, the northeast monsoon will strengthen again, with the lowest temperatures dropping to 16°C—even southern areas will see lows of 18°C. From Wednesday the 12th to Friday the 14th, the impact of the northeast monsoon will intensify, bringing cooler weather to the north and northeast, and cooler mornings and evenings elsewhere. The northern and eastern parts of the country will have localized brief showers, making the climate damp and cold. The mountainous areas of central and southern Taiwan will see scattered brief showers, while other areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny.
These days, carry rain gear and warm clothing to guard against rain and temperature fluctuations that could lead to colds. Those sensitive to temperature changes should also take extra care.
On Saturday the 15th, the northeast monsoon will weaken and temperatures will rise slightly, increasing by about 3–4°C on average. On the 15th and 16th, the northern and eastern regions will still see localized brief showers, while other areas will be mostly cloudy to sunny.
In addition, Japan has been affected by a continental cold air mass, with heavy snowfall in many areas. Temperatures in Tokyo and Osaka are both below 8°C, and Hokkaido has seen lows of minus 22°C. Some airports have adjusted flight schedules due to the heavy snow. Seoul is also experiencing sub-zero temperatures along with air pollution issues, and local experts are advising people to wear masks when going out. Those planning to visit Japan and South Korea soon should pay close attention to weather and flight conditions.
