This year's cherry blossom season is almost over, but are there only cherry blossoms in the beautiful flowers of the world? From late April to mid-May every year during late spring, it's the blooming season of Nemophila, with its dreamy blue flower fields resembling a fairytale wonderland!

Nemophila, known in English as "Baby Blue Eyes," symbolizes a baby’s blue eyes—what a beautiful imagery. And where can you see them? It turns out to be in the northern part of Ibaraki, at “Hitachi Seaside Park.” Every year around this time, the park is covered in these enchanting shades of blue.

How to get to this park? There are direct buses from Tokyo Station, Ueno Station, and Asakusa Station to the “Seaside Park Entrance,” taking about 2 hours. You can even make a day trip back to Tokyo—it's very convenient.
