The popular fresh milk roll specialty store "Yanike" has arrived in Yunlin!
Yanike's Huwei store is launching four promotional activities during its grand opening period, along with a Yunlin-exclusive flavor of fresh milk roll and a winter-limited new product. Don’t miss out when you pass by!
Yanike is exhibiting in Yunlin for the first time and has chosen to open a branch in Huwei, capitalizing on the area’s tourism business potential (photo by Yanike, same below).
Yanike’s first Yunlin store is located in Huwei Town, a key development area in Yunlin. Recognizing the local commercial district, transportation advantages, and prime tourism location, Yanike chose to set up shop here. The Huwei outlet features Yanike’s signature red and white color scheme as the main visual theme. The bakery inside is semi-open, and the store also offers beverage service and dine-in areas, adopting a “front shop, back kitchen” layout. This provides customers with freshly baked desserts daily and a high-quality dining environment.
Yunlin Exclusive Peanut Chocolate Fresh Milk Roll, priced at NT$420
Each time Yanike opens a store in a new county or city, it launches a localized exclusive flavor product. This time, the Huwei store in Yunlin introduces the “Peanut Chocolate” fresh milk roll, which has an exquisite ice cream-like taste. Made with rich Hokkaido whipped cream and carefully selected Belgian Callebaut 54.5% chocolate, combined with peanuts, these three uniquely textured ingredients come together to create a familiar yet distinctive flavor.
Purple Yam Thousand Layer Crispy Pastry (baked daily), special opening price: NT$260 for one box, NT$480 for two boxes (original price NT$288 per box)
During the grand opening, Yanike also launched the "Purple Yam Thousand Layer Crispy Pastry," a favorite among yam lovers. Made primarily with Japanese Showa flour and betelheart taro, and using French patisserie baking techniques, the pastry is crispy after baking but not greasy. The filling also includes premium unsalted fermented butter, making the taro paste smoother, richer, and more fragrant!
Seasonal Limited Product: Strawberry Double Swirl Fresh Milk Roll, priced at NT$420
With strawberry season in full swing, Yanike has introduced the seasonal “Strawberry Double Swirl” fresh milk roll.
It uses freshly selected Dahu strawberries and Hokkaido whipped cream.
The delightful sweet-and-sour fruit filling and richly aromatic whipped cream blend perfectly,
paired with a soft choux cake. One bite reveals the sweet double-layered, double-filling delight—dessert lovers shouldn’t miss this!
