The Pop Art master Andy Warhol’s special exhibition is making a grand appearance in Taiwan！ This exhibition features over a hundred works by Andy Warhol from 1957 to 1986, divided into four major zones: artist portraits, celebrity portraits, magazine and music album cover designs, as well as screen prints and other techniques, allowing everyone to explore the imaginative world of the father of Pop Art！

This time, the world-famous “Marilyn Monroe” is being unveiled for the first time. This is one of Andy Warhol’s earliest Pop Art-style works. When Monroe passed away, Warhol was deeply immersed in photo silk-screen printing. He repeatedly reproduced her image in his works, making each painting feel as though it gave her another moment of life.

And the celebrated “Dollars” is Andy Warhol’s most iconic signature work, symbolizing money, art, and himself. He didn’t see a conflict between commerce and art. Not only did he achieve that, but he also boldly turned the dollar sign into an artistic symbol, making him the most successful commercial advertising artist in history.

The exhibition also includes Andy Warhol’s works in the music field. After signing an underground band, he used the very simple theme of a banana for an album cover, which was selected as one of the top ten album cover designs of the year. The world-famous banana, with the words “Slowly peel it open, inside is a pink banana,” is a very obvious sexual innuendo.
