Buy One Get One Free at Starbucks on a Make-Up Workday – Six Major Coffee Brands Offer Special Deals

The Lunar New Year’s Eve and Spring Festival holiday runs from February 2 to February 10, totaling a nine-day break. To accommodate the flexible holiday on February 8, an additional make-up workday is scheduled for this Saturday, January 19. To boost morale among office workers, multiple coffee shops across Taiwan are offering special make-up workday promotions.

Starbucks
On January 19, Starbucks will offer a buy one get one free promotion on coffee from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Customers who purchase two cups of coffee of the same size, temperature, and flavor will get the second cup for free. During the promotion period, each person can buy a maximum of two and get two free per visit. The offer does not apply to delivery or pre-orders. Additionally, this promotion is not available at airport, high-speed rail station, Longmen, 101 Premium, Da Ying, Hui Luan, Caoshan, Banqiao Station, 101 35F, Hanzhong branches, or via drive-thru service.

Seattle’s Best Coffee
On January 19, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Seattle’s Best Coffee will offer a buy one get one free deal on single purchases of Brown Sugar Series drinks or Bulletproof Series drinks. However, branches in Shiding Service Area, Guanxi Service Area, Qingshui Rest Area, and Xinying Service Area will not participate in this promotion.

FamilyMart
On January 19, FamilyMart is extending its popular pre-order promotion — customers can enjoy buy five get five free on large hot lattes and large hot Americanos, limited to members and one set per customer. This is an additional bonus offer; those who have already participated since December 19, 2018, are not eligible to use this promotion again.

From now until February 28, 85°C is offering a free small latte with every online order of NT$200 or more via the 85 Café app for takeaway or delivery, limited to one free drink per member and only available on Taiwan proper. Orders over NT$499 qualify for free delivery; orders under that threshold will incur a NT$49 delivery fee.
