Snow Town now offers full Wi-Fi coverage, HD live broadcasts, VR experiences, smart navigation, audio guides, and precise analysis of visitor origins, making travel more convenient for guests.
New services have been added at the scenic area entrance and transfer stations, including consultation, booking, guided tours, shared sleds, and luggage check-in, providing a variety of considerate options for travelers. The comprehensive system has been intelligently upgraded—both tourists and tourism businesses (travel agencies) can purchase tickets in advance via the official WeChat platform or the e-commerce website of Snow Town using real-name registration.

The scenic area has custom-designed high-quality, Snow Town-themed linens and toiletries for Snow Rhyme Pavilion and affiliated homestays, offering guests greater comfort. At the same time, direct tourist buses have been launched from Harbin, Mudanjiang, Jilin, and Yabuli high-speed railway stations to Snow Town, making travel more convenient and safe.
It is reported that the Longyun Snow Town Direct Bus from Harbin will begin service on November 24th, with six daily departures. Boarding locations include: the intersection of Central Avenue and West Second Street in Daoli District; No. 4-1 Jiuzhan Street in Daoli District; and No. 175 Hongqi Street in Xiangfang District.
