Nanjing Ningfei International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Nanjing Ningfei) is a professional exhibition company primarily engaged in planning, organizing exhibitions, conferences, and events.

In 2010, Nanjing Ningfei International Exhibition Co., Ltd. was officially established. As early as 2006, the project team led by Mr. Li Hao, General Manager of Nanjing Ningfei, began organizing the first Asia Outdoor Products Exhibition. By 2018, thirteen successful editions had been held. From 2011 to 2018, Nanjing Ningfei successfully organized eight editions of the Asia Bicycle Exhibition. In September 2018, due to the expiration of the authorization agreement, Nanjing Ningfei will no longer organize the Asia Outdoor Products Exhibition starting from 2019 and has decided to launch its own branded exhibition—the Asia-Pacific Outdoor Industry Exhibition (shortened as: Asia-Pacific Outdoor Expo). The Asia-Pacific Outdoor Expo will be held from June 20–23, 2019, at the Nanjing International Expo Center.
As a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), Nanjing Ningfei is committed to creating high-standard, consistently professional industry exhibitions, delivering unforgettable offline experiences for all participating brands and professional audiences.Nanjing Ningfei not only has a professional curatorial team that serves exhibitors and audiences, but the company also maintains long-term collaborations with numerous media partners, industry KOLs, and premium clubs, jointly promoting the development of the outdoor and sports bicycle industries in China and across the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2019, Nanjing Ningfei, based on the team’s over ten years of professional exhibition experience, deep accumulation in operating outdoor expos, and more than 100,000 professional data entries, will officially launchthe "Asia-Pacific Outdoor Industry Exhibition" (shortened as: Asia-Pacific Outdoor Expo),and will create and plan China’s own outdoor exhibition from various dimensions such as exhibition displays, business meetings, professional forums, and activity experiences. At that time, Nanjing Ningfei will provide exhibitors with a comprehensive platform for display, interaction, trade, marketing, learning, and communication with a new image and new philosophy, and offer audiences a multi-dimensional new experience, thereby promoting universal participation in outdoor sports.
