The 9th Jiamusi Sanjiang International Snow Splashing Festival in Heilongjiang officially opened on the 28th. According to relevant officials from the tourism bureau, this year’s festival is themed “Experience the Charm of Ice and Snow Culture and the Delights of Ice and Snow Tourism.” It adheres to the principles of being organized by society, the public, and the market, and aims to drive coordinated development in economy, trade, investment, and culture through a series of large-scale centralized events and popular cultural and recreational activities.
According to reports, to make this festival more diverse and fully reflect mass participation, a series of large-scale, entertaining, visually appealing, and interactive ice and snow activities, carefully planned by the city, have been rolled out one after another. During the Snow Splashing Festival, Jin Songhao, the world’s “No. 1 cold-resistant wonder,” will present thrilling cold-resistance performances.
