Remember a line from the movie "The Doctor is Sick": "More and more people like to see doctors not because they are really sick, but because they move too little." At some point, more and more people have become "Madame Curie" or "Mr. Curie." There are fewer and fewer people who "from youth had no aptitude for worldly success, but loved the hills and fields," while the "white-collar elites" and "homebodies" who have "long been trapped in a cage" have clearly become the mainstream. Occasionally, there may be an impulse to "return to nature," but it often goes unfulfilled due to various trivial matters.

Without exercise, people are not healthy, and too much inactivity brings disease. Finally, some dare to step outdoors and breathe the air that nature generously offers. Returning to nature, one forgets all about honor and disgrace, and thus the healthy self returns. As more people join in, outdoor sports emerge as a timely trend. So, what proportion of social life do outdoor sports occupy today? The American College of Sports Medicine has provided the answer: yoga, Zumba, and outdoor sports will be the main fitness trends after 2012.

On December 27, 2012, the American College of Sports Medicine released a report titled "Global Fitness Trends After 2012." The report states, "After 2012, Zumba, yoga, and outdoor sports will lead fitness trends." The rest of the rankings include: strength training, weight loss, functional fitness, and others.

It seems that no matter how mainstream the "Madame Curies" and "Mr. Curies" become, homebodies will have to step outside and breathe some fresh air. Good health is essential for better "staying in," but perhaps by then, they may have fallen in love with outdoor living and no longer wish to remain "Curie-ized."
