Actually, all skiing enthusiasts are not just seeking the thrill of skiing, but also the quality of service. After all, you’ve paid your money, so it’s only natural to expect good snow quality, good equipment, and good service. Yesterday, while practicing turns, I didn’t fall once, but when I got off the slope, I noticed my ski pants had somehow ripped open with a big tear (any frequent skier will have had this experience). Snow poured right into my pants—it was super uncomfortable. When I was storing my skis, I casually mentioned it to the girl at the gear storage counter, Xiao Jia. She said, “Should I sew it up for you?” I asked, “Really? Do you offer that kind of service?” She replied, “Why don’t you see how I’ve sewn for others before?” and immediately showed me her handiwork. I instantly realized this wasn’t just ordinary skill—it was seriously professional tailor-level, no exaggeration. A chief gynecologist wouldn’t even dare boast more than this (women who’ve given birth will get it). But anyway, check out the after-photo of the stitching. After experiencing this service at Jundu Mountain, I suddenly felt it was oddly familiar—oh right, Haidilao Hot Pot does the same thing. But both are in the service industry, and for a ski resort to deliver like this? I think the management team hired by Jundu Mountain’s owners must be absolutely top-tier, because their understanding of service philosophy is just too deep. Beyond this service, I also want to mention other thoughtful details. Since most people talk a lot about warm welcomes and prompt rescue services, I’ll focus on the following points:
1.Many people struggle to put on ski boots, or find new ones particularly hard to wear (you all know what I mean). The moment you’re in a rush, someone will immediately come to help you put them on. Most people might at most help their spouse put on shoes—I’m not wrong, am I?
2.When you go to the restaurant to eat, no matter what you order, the waitstaff will greet you right away—you feel really respected. And if you don’t want a drink, you can ask for a glass of plain water, and the staff will happily pour one for you—there’s zero awkwardness of feeling like you’re getting the stink eye for just drinking water and not ordering food.
3.The ski gear storage area dries and maintains your boots on a regular weekly schedule. Before you pick up your boots, as long as you don’t rush them, they’ll definitely warm the inside of your boots for you, making them super comfortable to wear and helping you quickly adapt to the slopes. And yes, everyone knows drying boots comes with a strong smell!!4.If you’ve left anything behind, don’t worry—they’ll keep it safe for you and return it the next time you come.
5.Aside from rescue services, whenever you’re in a hurry to get on the tow lift or cable car, instructors and staff will prioritize you.
