According to information from the Highway Bureau of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, as of 8:45 today (the 4th), affected by snowfall and icy roads, some sections of the Hegang-Dalian Expressway, Shenyang-Dalian Expressway, Dandong-Fuxin Expressway, Xinmin-Lushun Expressway, Liaozhong Ring Expressway, Shenyang-Kangping Expressway, Dayaowan Port Connector Expressway, and Pi-Taiyangdao Expressway in Liaoning have been closed. In Yunnan, the Yuxi-Kunming Expressway section between Huize and Yiche has also been closed. These sections are expected to reopen today.
Additionally, affected by freezing rain, road surfaces on sections of G326 and S102 within Weining County, Guizhou, have iced over and been closed. Relevant local departments have organized personnel to carry out anti-slip operations on the roads, with the estimated reopening time still to be determined.
