Taiwan’s popular gradient juice shop from Taoyuan expands to Banqiao — enjoy the refreshing flavors of guava and pitaya

Guava Berry Vibrant Fresh Fruit Drink — this shop is famous for its fresh guava and pitaya gradient combinations. Not only are the juices freshly made, but you can also taste the fruit bits. Ever since it opened in Taoyuan, it’s been causing a huge queueing craze. It’s said that buying a drink means waiting in line for up to two and a half hours — it’s really that popular now that they’re offering franchising, so you can get Up drinks in Taipei too~

It really has small crushed ice in it, making it super smooth to drink, and you can even taste the pitaya seeds too!! It's amazing to drink in the summer, and of course... some say it's too sweet, but it seems you can't adjust the sweetness level. Have you tried this divine-proportioned vibrant fruit drink yet? After reading Yayue’s write-up, I felt like I just had to come try it myself one day!!

Ha, then the Banqiao store opened!! So I went to check it out since it’s nearby. Even though the shop doesn’t look very big amid the bustling commercial area, stepping inside really gets your curiosity going!! Fresh fruits are displayed right by the counter, and there’s also information about the nutrition of guava.

I thought since it’s all about fresh juice, the price would be pretty steep, but turns out the pricing is quite reasonable here!! Plus, the shop adopts eco-friendly practices — if you bring back the bottle after finishing your drink, you get a 10 NT discount, which is definitely a blessing for juice lovers.

With guava being promoted so heavily, it feels like guava prices in Taiwan might go up soon~

Such a small shop hires quite a lot of people. On one side, they’re constantly juicing. I couldn’t help but ask, “Is it all freshly squeezed juice?” Apart from adding ice cubes and refined Taiwanese cane sugar to balance out uneven sweetness levels between batches of fruit, and using agave to enhance color, everything is 100% natural juice.

The vibrantly colored juices are so appealing that even kids love them. Even Liver-Burning Nurse standing at the counter was wondering which one to get~

And taking them aside to take photos, they just look great no matter how you shoot them~ Paired with their reusable cups, it totally adds to the premium feel!!

This Orange Guava one, Rouyuan really loved it — who knew orange juice and guava go so well together!! There are also tiny bits of guava seeds inside, all natural and authentic tasting, feeling super healthy. Five servings of fruits and veggies a day, and this is already two of them~

Guava Pitaya

The colors are insanely vibrant, and for those who love pitaya, like Wan|Jun? You’ve gotta try this one. Just looking at it is enough, but the taste is refreshing and not overly sweet, actually. It’s not cloying at all. Some people don’t like it because it’s too sour or they say it tastes weird, but when you add a bit of honey, the color remains vibrant without turning brownish, and the taste becomes smoother, so even those who usually dislike it end up enjoying it.

Bringing out a set like this, doesn’t it look super colorful~ This shop is seriously popular — even on a super hot day, there’s still a crowd queuing up (tongue out)

Brought the freshly bought juices along to eat steak — so trendy~ Today’s drink session wasn’t just about following trends, the juice was genuinely delicious too!! And the price isn’t expensive either, hope they open more branches faster so we can grab a drink anytime we step out Up~ (daydreaming)
