Juniper Hotel is delving deeper into Italian culinary culture and is about to launch its eighth edition of the series. From August 11 to August 19 this year, Executive Chef Alessandro Montedoro from Rome Grand Hotel will present authentic Roman cuisine. For NT$18,800+10% per table of 10 guests, enjoy a full course of 10 dishes from appetizers to desserts, plus three additional Italian Barolo region wines.
The “Roman Gastronomy Festival” brings a comprehensive taste of Roman food culture through Executive Chef Montedoro, Pizza Chef Fabio, and Mixologist Varesi. Pizza Chef Nardi Fabio offers popular local square pizzas, combining 20 fresh ingredients, with each slice priced at NT$90 and available for free flavor combinations.
Since 2013, Juniper Hotel has successively invited two-Michelin-star Chef Marco Sacco for a guest appearance, Caponi – a century-old handmade pasta master, vegetarian Michelin mentor Pietro Lemann, as well as Chef Matteo and Deputy Chef Antonello from its Italian sister property in the Yunlan Group – L’Andana, to present Italian Christmas and New Year feasts. The hotel also hosted the International Olive Oil Expert Course and the Yunlan Wine Cellar events. The Roman Gastronomy Festival marks the eighth stop in its celebration of Italian culinary culture.
