Girls want to look fabulous from head to toe — Taichung’s beauty stores are serving up healthy gradient bubble teas that are all the rage

One of the shop owners, Meng Xia, said that originally “Qing Qing Bar” was an online store selling Japanese beauty and skincare products, health supplements, and Korean-Japanese accessories. To allow more customers to see and try the products without going online, they opened this physical store. To attract attention and increase exposure, they launched trendy and cute drinks, incorporating their own health supplements — and it successfully caught customers’ eyes while also promoting their own merchandise.

The drinks at “Qing Qing Bar” are specially mixed using items from the store, divided into the Qing Qing series and the Bubble series. The Qing Qing series is made with health supplements sold in the store; the daily limited Bubble series is made with Taiwanese herbal vinegar and self-made sparkling water. Meng Xia said that the Qing Qing series’ “Qing Qing Ge Ge” and the Bubble series’ “Lip Gloss Heartthrob” and “Sexy Eyeshadow” are the most popular drinks in the store, with netizens also saying the beverages are super pretty and healthy to drink.

Additionally, the store’s specially mixed healthy drinks, with their unique colors and names, combined with the cute store decor and the owner handwriting different girly phrases on each bottle, have made it a top spot for girls with a love for all things kawaii to take photos and post on social media.
