Located in Yilan, “Dragon Throne Cafe” was formerly the French restaurant “Fire Water Private Workshop.” After the lease expired and the space lay idle for some time, the operator reclaimed the site, renovated and redesigned it, turning it into the now somewhat well-known waterside restaurant.

The most eye-catching feature of this restaurant is the wooden boardwalk over the water, which makes people feel as if they’re walking on the water’s surface — very dreamlike.
