Recently, many places in Taiwan have been setting up romantic art installations perfect for wedding photos, especially the large three-dimensional "LOVE" letters that are everywhere. But did you know that there are also such installations at Mudan Elementary School in Pingtung? Although it takes a long mountain drive to get to Mudan Elementary School, about two hours by car from Pingtung City, this most beautiful elementary school at the foot of Chishan is, I believe, well worth couples spending time to explore.

Mudan Elementary School doesn’t have many students, but its campus is very spacious, with super romantic three-dimensional "LOVE" letters placed throughout. Standing on the approximately 100-meter-long rainbow staircase, overlooking the colorful campus surrounded by mountains, you’ll wish you could come right away to take wedding photos.

Mudan Elementary School blends mountain views, romance, and childlike charm. It’s a must for a date and photo session with your loved one. And don’t worry about disturbing students during school hours—just getting from the school gate to the classrooms requires passing the playground, sports fields, and a good distance more. An Undisturbed Wedding Photo Paradise

If it weren’t for the fact that we all work in the north now, I’d love to shoot our wedding photos here at Mudan Elementary School too. Many couples feel shy when shooting outdoor wedding photos because there are usually lots of bystanders watching, but you won’t have to worry about that at Mudan Elementary School. There are hardly any tourists here, the scenery is beautiful, and the art installations are romantic—it’s truly an ideal spot for wedding photos.
