Spring is here—time to enjoy the outdoors on foot. To celebrate the official establishment of the Jilin Provincial Outdoor Hiking Sports Association and to support the national fitness initiative aimed at raising awareness of physical activity and encouraging citizens to embrace an active lifestyle, the First Jilin Provincial Hiking Festival, organized by the Jilin Provincial Sports Bureau and the Jilin Provincial Sports Activity Guidance Center, and hosted by the Jilin Provincial Outdoor Hiking Sports Association and Changchun Jingyuetan Forest Park, will be held on the morning of April 21. The event will feature trails of 8 km, 12 km, and 20 km. Participants can choose a route based on their fitness level, with each group limited to 50 people. To accommodate hikers along the way, free water stations have been set up at the Deer Park and Ski Resort stops, where participants can take a break.
