The 2016 Southeast Asian Summer Food Festival at Taipei Grand Hyatt enters its third and final wave — the “Amazing Indonesia” festival, which runs from August 15 (until August 31). Featuring guest chef Edy Abdulrachman from Grand Hyatt Jakarta at Café Kaffe, the event showcases a variety of authentic Indonesian dishes such as spicy coconut beef and tripe soup, Javanese-style fried noodles, and Indonesian grilled chicken. Diners who visit Café Kaffe during the event period can receive lottery tickets for a chance to win prizes, including a night’s stay at the hotel, a buffet dinner, and a stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta.
