On June 11, 2012, Green Field Outdoor Network visited the GREGORY Beijing headquarters. Join us as we take a look at their work environment. GREGORY in China is represented by the China Outdoor Retail Industry Association (CORA), which also represents PATAGONIA in addition to GREGORY. Therefore, more strictly and accurately speaking, this visit was an exploration of the work atmosphere and environment at CORA.
The CORA company is housed in a three-story building. The first floor features a dedicated display area for new PATAGONIA and GREGORY products, a designated bicycle parking space, and a GREGORY repair department. The second and part of the third floors are office areas where staff members responsible for the PATAGONIA and GREGORY brands work. Another section of the third floor will be especially appealing to outdoor enthusiasts, particularly rock climbers. The third floor includes a dedicated recreation area where employees can rock climb, throw darts, and play indoor table soccer during work hours.
