This year, American SmartWool is participating in the Asia Outdoor Show for the fourth time. Its wool compression running socks were awarded the 2011 Asia Outdoor Industry Award at last year’s show. This year’s exhibition will feature its brand-new, revolutionary PhD series of high-performance outdoor socks, and the booth will also showcase a variety of functional and stylish socks as well as premium wool underwear.
In May this year, American SmartWool held its 2013 Europe and Asia-Pacific Spring/Summer Conference in London; key global distributors gathered for the worldwide meeting. In addition to showcasing SmartWool’s new apparel, socks, and accessories launched for the 2013 spring/summer season, the conference also announced that SmartWool continues to maintain its leading position in the U.S. market, holding a 74% share of the outdoor sock market; it is also expected to become the second-largest outdoor sock brand in Europe by the end of 2012.
