It’s that time of year again—National Fitness Day. Starting on August 8, the three-day National Youth Rock Climbing Championships will be grandly held at the Suzhou Dushu Lake Climbing Gym. The annual National Youth Rock Climbing Championships, organized by the Chinese Mountaineering Association, is the highest-level competition for youth climbers. It is divided into five categories: A, B, C, D, and the Youth Group, and will feature over 150 young athletes from across the country, including Hong Kong and Macau.
