The dining space at Stack F-U Kitchen Live-Fire Kitchen incorporates multiple themes yet blends surprisingly well. The industrial-style first floor is accented with LEGO decorations on the walls, adding a playful touch to the otherwise stark brick surfaces. The second floor features “pipe booths” — unlike the usual semi-outdoor image of pipe houses, here you can enjoy air-conditioning while savoring delicious food and drinks. The unique dining experience and tasty offerings have attracted many visitors.

2. Changhua | Biyou Dutian Pipe Restaurant
When it comes to the most well-known pipe restaurant, Changhua’s Biyou Dutian takes the crown. Inspired by the internationally popular pipe house hotels, the owner transformed the concept into a courtyard-style pipe restaurant. The dining pipe houses are minimally decorated, with only semi-circular glass panels added to the exterior. Each pipe house seats about 6 people and is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature. The unique setting, surrounded by greenery and blue skies, makes it a favorite spot for photos.

3. Kaohsiung | The Reservoir Isn’t Closed
The newly opened pipe restaurant “The Reservoir Isn’t Closed” in Yancao District, Kaohsiung, is currently in trial operation. In addition to pipe house dining, outdoor seating is also available. Currently, the restaurant only offers a whole roasted chicken meal set, which serves about 4 people. In addition to the roast chicken, each set includes salad, pork fried rice, soup, and fruit.

Dining in the pipe houses at The Reservoir Isn’t Closed is limited to 2 hours and requires advance phone reservation. Outdoor seating has no time limit. As of recently, overnight stays in the pipe houses are also available for trial.
