The 21st Eurobike 2012 will be held from August 29 to September 1, local time, in Friedrichshafen, Germany. As the sister show of Eurobike in Asia, the Asia Bike Show will participate in Eurobike to share information about China's sports bicycle market and the Asia Bike Show with more international bicycle companies. The Asia Bike Show booth will be located in Hall F0, adjacent to the fashion show stage.
The Asia Bike Show was founded in 2011 by Nanjing Ningfei International Exhibition Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH, the organizer of Eurobike. It is China’s first professional exhibition focusing on the sports bicycle market. The Asia Bike Show brings the concept of Eurobike to China while maintaining a high-end positioning, specializing in high-end sports bicycles, premium bicycles, cycling apparel and accessories, as well as high-end bicycle components. As a partner of the Asia Bike Show, Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH has been providing comprehensive assistance and support in areas such as exhibition planning, brand marketing, resource sharing, information exchange, and promotion.
The 2nd Asia Bike Show was held from July 26–29, 2012, in Nanjing, attracting 238 exhibitors from 14 countries and regions, with the exhibition area expanded to 24,000 square meters (the first edition in 2011: 138 exhibitors, 12,000 square meters). Over the four-day event, 10,481 professional visitors attended, while 3,751 cyclists and enthusiasts visited during the two-day public days. The success of the Asia Bike Show strongly reflects the development and potential of China’s sports bicycle market, greatly boosting the confidence of global bicycle companies in expanding into the Chinese market.
During Eurobike 2012, the Asia Bike Show will leverage this premier platform to introduce the Asia Bike Show and the prospects of China’s sports bicycle market to over 1,200 bicycle companies from more than 50 countries. The goal is to attract more international bicycle businesses to China and to the Asia Bike Show. At the same time, the Asia Bike Show will also take this opportunity to learn from the operation and services of Eurobike, striving to make the Asia Bike Show even more high-end, professional, and international.
