Don’t throw away your Joy Air boarding pass after landing in Osaka. Joy Air and Nankai Electric Railway have launched a limited-time offer. From September 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, passengers can use their Joy Air boarding pass to purchase a one-way ordinary seat ticket for the Limited Express Rapi:t from Kansai Airport Station to Namba Station at Kansai Airport Station’s ticket office on the day of the flight or the next day. The original price is 1,430 yen, but with the discount, it’s only 1,030 yen — equivalent to a 28% discount (about 72% of the original price).

Namba Station is the transportation hub closest to Kansai Airport. It takes just 38 minutes to reach Namba Station from Kansai Airport by taking the Nankai Electric Railway. This marks the first time Nankai Electric Railway has partnered with a Taiwanese airline.

Valid Boarding Pass Period: September 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017

1. The discounted fare is only applicable to boarding passes from the day before or the day of the flight. Passes beyond this period are invalid.
2. The boarding pass discount is only valid for purchasing one-way ordinary seat (adult) tickets.
3. This discount is only applicable to adults (12 years and older). Children are not eligible for this offer.
