The “Fall in Love with Wanda Changbai Mountain – Experience Tour of Wanda Changbai Mountain International Resort” was divided into three parts: facility tours and experiences, a welcome dinner, and a ski resort promotion conference. On the afternoon of September 22, attendees visited various facilities within the resort, including the ski slopes, hotels, and the resort town. They took the gondola lift to the mountaintop of the ski area, where, under the bright autumn sun, the nearby peak of Changbai Mountain felt within reach, and the vibrant, multicolored forests left everyone deeply enchanted.
On the evening of September 22, Wanda Changbai Mountain Resort held a grand welcome dinner at the Birch Club. During the dinner, representatives of skiing enthusiasts gave impromptu speeches. They said: “Through the day’s tours and experiences, we have gained a preliminary understanding of the overall resort. The supporting facilities and conditions here are comprehensive and thoughtful, the environment is beautiful and pristine, and the design of the ski slopes is meticulous and unique. We believe the resort will surely become a truly top-tier four-season holiday destination in China and even Asia.”
On the morning of September 23, during the “Ski Resort Promotion Conference,” representatives of Wanda Changbai Mountain Resort provided another detailed introduction and supplementary explanation of the resort’s facilities, amenities, products, and hotels. Through the representatives’ in-depth presentations, attendees gained a more thorough and comprehensive understanding of the resort.
After the promotion conference, Wanda Changbai Mountain International Resort reached cooperation intentions with well-known domestic outdoor websites Green Outdoor Network and Mafengwo, as well as three of the largest winter tourism product agencies in Northeast China. Starting in October, sales of the resort’s winter ski vacation products will commence, with an estimated sale of 10,000 ski product cards before December 30, 2012.
Through the activities on the 22nd and 23rd, attendees experienced the beautiful natural scenery of Changbai Mountain and the comprehensive services and facilities of Wanda Changbai Mountain International Resort. Many expressed: “After the ski slopes open on November 30, we will definitely return to the snow-covered resort to enjoy skiing and fall in love with it.”
