The 2013 (3rd) Asia Bike Show will be held from October 10–13, 2013, at the Nanjing International Expo Center, with a planned indoor exhibition area of 26,000 square meters.
The 2013 Asia Bike Show will introduce a new Media and Trade Visitors Experience Day (Demo Day). Existing supporting activities such as the In-Show Exhibition, fashion show, test zone, lecture area, and business matchmaking services will continue and be further improved and upgraded.
The 2013 Asia Bike Show will kick off its Media and Trade Visitors Experience Day (Demo Day) on October 9, 2013, at Zijin Mountain in Nanjing. Located in the eastern suburbs of Nanjing, Zijin Mountain offers excellent cycling routes. Trade visitors, VIPs, and media can ride on-site, experience the latest domestic and international products firsthand, and provide feedback. Exhibitors at the 2013 Asia Bike Show can offer free test rides and product experiences.
The In-Show Exhibition has always been a focal point for audiences and media, showcasing the most luxurious and innovative high-end bicycles on the market. The featured bikes are selected by industry experts according to product categories, and the event will be unveiled by leaders from the Nanjing municipal government. All exhibitors at the 2013 Asia Bike Show can participate for free.
Through the fashion show stage, domestic and international brands can present their latest 2014 cycling apparel collections. The fashion show continuously incorporates performance elements from international sports fashion shows. Professional dancers and models from specialized performance agencies, combined with creative choreography and dynamic lighting setups, comprehensively showcase brand messages and product concepts. The combination of dance and runway presentation better interprets the products.
The 2013 Asia Bike Show test zone will be moved to the outdoor plaza of the exhibition hall and will continue to feature two separate test tracks. Mountain bike test track: built with natural materials (such as soil, stones, wood, etc.) to simulate real off-road conditions, incorporating various turns and slopes for an authentic riding experience; road bike and E-BIKE test track: will include brand service stations and on-site guidance for test rides.
Lecture area and industry forum – brand owners, dealers, and domestic and international industry experts gather to discuss trends in the sport bike market and international developments. The 2013 Asia Bike Show will host workshops for entry-level dealers: analyzing how to successfully operate multi-brand sport and luxury bike retail outlets from perspectives such as investment, store design, and categorized services; as well as workshops for bike users (only during public days): discussing topics of interest to cyclists such as how to choose the right bike and how to properly use road and mountain bikes.
