At this order fair, BEAUME (Beike) brought the essence of the outdoors back to nature, infusing the designs with the romance of spring and the vibrancy of summer, along with other natural color elements. Building on the theme of “making the outdoors more livable,” the brand added more detailed interpretations to present a dynamic, energetic, and exploratory new image and charm of BEAUME (Beike) in the outdoor realm. Designers from BEAUME (Beike) also elaborated on this philosophy in detail. The more than 1,200 products displayed at the fair fully and vividly expressed the brand’s new seasonal style, including outdoor apparel such as single-layer windbreakers and pants, fleece sweaters, wool sweaters and hoodies, casual pants, quick-dry shirts, windshirts, summer hot Ts, and polo shirts, as well as footwear for mountaineering, leisure, hiking, and stream tracing. There were also over ten types of backpacks, tents, and other equipment to meet different outdoor needs. Additionally, BEAUME (Beike) showcased a rich array of small accessories at the order fair, such as outdoor stoves, toiletry bags, picnic mats, water bottles, hats, and headscarves. These items were widely recognized by dealers from all regions for their vibrant colors, exquisite designs, and high quality. This also indicates that BEAUME (Beike) is growing more mature, expanding its product lines, and will continue to provide increasingly excellent outdoor products and services for outdoor enthusiasts.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that this order fair fully adopted a mobile wireless ordering system. Each dealer was equipped with a PDA (personal digital assistant), and when they found a style they liked, they simply scanned the barcode tag of the new product with their PDA. The item number was then recorded by the laser scanning module of the PDA. Next, they entered the order quantity and other information using a stylus or buttons, and the order data for that new product was transmitted wirelessly to the company’s distribution system at headquarters, generating the corresponding order. Moreover, after dealers finished ordering all individual items, they could also use the PDA to review and modify their order reports before submitting the final consolidated order to headquarters. Staff at the event also continuously published rankings of pre-ordered products during various time slots to help dealers assess and adjust the reasonableness of their orders. Compared to previous order fairs where orders were recorded with pen and paper, this electronic ordering method greatly improved ordering speed and data accuracy, earning unanimous praise from dealers.
Perhaps it was the meticulous preparation over the course of more than a month, coupled with the outstanding quality of BEAUME (Beike) products, that led to the gratifying results in order volume achieved at this fair.
