The fourth edition of the Bird’s Nest Happy Ice and Snow Season, set to open this coming Saturday, has truly brought in Disney’s “Snow White.” Visitors holding tickets can enjoy 15 free activities within the main venue.
Unlike previous years, Disney Princess Fantasy World will make its first appearance at the “Nest,” with Disney princess characters making their first collective debut on the mainland. This year’s Bird’s Nest Happy Ice and Snow Season covers a total outdoor area of about 60,000 square meters, featuring over 20 activities including alpine skiing, ice bumper cars, curling lanes, snow tubing parks, adventure snow islands, snow mine warfare, snow flying discs, snowmobiles, extreme challenges, a chocolate house, leisure snow mountains, and a snow riding fun world. The event has also added more interactive games and introduced live stage performances.
This year’s exciting experience offerings have increased to 17, up from 9 compared to last year. Among them, 15 free activities—including the Disney Fantasy Park—are located in the main venue experience area. In terms of ticket pricing, the fourth edition of the Ice and Snow Season continues its “people-friendly” approach. Regular weekday tickets are priced at 120 yuan, while weekend and holiday tickets cost 160 yuan. Children under 1.2 meters in height enter for free. The fourth Bird’s Nest Happy Ice and Snow Season will run until February 24, 2013.
