On March 15, 2013, the "Beautiful China·2013 CMT CHINA RV and Campground Development Forum," jointly initiated and hosted by Nanjing Stuttgart Joint Exhibition Co., Ltd. and the Traveling Era Automobile Camping Network, will be held at the Jinling Conference Center of the Nanjing International Expo Center. This forum is an event held in conjunction with the 2013 China (Nanjing) International RV and Leisure Travel Exhibition (March 15–17, 2013).

The report of the 18th National Congress proposed, "We must strive to build a beautiful China and achieve sustainable development for the Chinese nation." On February 18, 2013, the State Council also just issued the "National Leisure Outline," which specifically and clearly states "support for the construction of self-drive and RV campgrounds." This undoubtedly provides an excellent historical opportunity for the campground vacation and RV vacation industries, which already possess the characteristics of being "green, healthy, and sustainable."

The 2013 CMT CHINA Forum will take "How Can RVs and Campgrounds Make China Beautiful? — Beautiful China: Exploring the Chinese Model of Camping Tourism and RV Vacations" as its theme. It will conduct comprehensive analysis and exchange on topics such as "how to create beautiful campgrounds that protect the ecology, promote the economy, and are loved by the public"; "how to develop user-friendly, sustainable leisure RVs"; and "what kinds of campgrounds and RVs are suitable for China."

Experts including Mr. Marco Walter, President of the renowned European camping expert organization ECOCAMPING; the owner of GITZENWEILER HOF Campground, ranked first among the "Top Five Most Popular Five-Star Campgrounds in Europe 2012"; Professor Wu En, a well-known domestic ecotourism scholar; as well as entrepreneurs from China and abroad in the RV and campground sectors, tourism industry professionals, and vacation investment stakeholders, will all attend the 2013 CMT CHINA RV and Campground Development Forum. They will share viewpoints, introduce experiences, and engage in intellectual exchanges regarding RV and campground vacations. This will provide new inspiration for developing RV and campground vacations with Chinese characteristics; the goal is to build a bridge for exchange and cooperation between industries through forum salons.

In the salon sessions of the forum, guests will also discuss and analyze topics such as "How to understand the relationship between campground vacations, RV vacations, and the building of a 'Beautiful China'?" "What role should campground development, RV manufacturing, and RV vacations play in building a Beautiful China?" and "Under the concept of a Beautiful China, how should the Western-popular RV and campground vacation model form a version suitable for China?" Together with representatives from government, experts, campgrounds, RVs, clubs, media, and consumers, they will explore these issues from various perspectives, attempt to propose feasible operational ideas, reach consensus, and jointly promote the "beautiful" development of campground and RV vacations. The 2013 CMT CHINA exhibition will be a grand gathering and exchange of ideas for the RV and campground industries from China and abroad.
