2013Year2Month11Day~~~2Month25Day — Eight Green Field Ski Enthusiasts Traveled to Austria and Germany for Skiing and Sightseeing15Days, with a Total Cost of19312Yuan/Person(Approximately RMB) (The expenses covered in this report include airfare, hotel accommodation, ski lift tickets, meals, taxis, car rentals, and all costs for a one-week ski trip in Innsbruck, Austria, a second week of driving through Salzburg, Austria, skiing and sightseeing at the Toplitzsee Lake, Hallstatt Lake, and Moon Lake, as well as drinking German beer at the Hofbräuhaus in Munich, visiting the Frauenkirche, and seeing Neuschwanstein Castle. The total covers all expenses.) Two of the ski enthusiasts returned home after the first week of skiing, while the remaining six continued skiing and sightseeing in Austria and Germany. The expenses for the two who left after the first week were paid by themselves. This report reflects the financial expenditures of the6people who participated for the entire duration.

This self-organizedAAski group was managed financially by Long Xiang as the treasurer and Da Di Shang as the accountant. Before departure, each person paid their own airfare and other costs, and each contributed5000yuan in public funds (since Ti Gou had prepaid deposits for hotel and vehicle bookings, they did not contribute the5000yuan in public funds). The5000yuan each person prepaid was intended to cover the second week’s car rental fees and the cost of group meals. The first week’s hotel accommodation, scattered dining at the ski resort, and the second week’s accommodation were paid individually.

This report is divided into two parts:

The first part is the overall total cost, which includes individually paid portions. Since individual spending varied, the total is not entirely precise.

The second part is the expenditure of the public fund that everyone contributed, which is more accurate and is also reflected in the overall total cost in the first part.
