Although Guang Yi Xu Ji is tucked away in an alley, visitors need not worry about finding it—the shop’s entrance features a striking Moai statue. Just spot the statue, and you’ll find the cafe easily. It’s a very visible landmark.The interior is created from the renovation of an old building, blending retro elements with a modern touch to create a beautiful contrast that still feels harmonious. The space is spread across three floors: the first floor houses coffee and dining options, desserts and pastries, hands-on classes, and cultural and creative retail; the second and third floors are dedicated to exhibitions and art events, offering diverse atmospheres that enrich the Guang Yi Xu Ji experience.

As for the currentlymost popular rooftop, it’s located on the third floor.It features minimalist tables and chairs, surrounded by green plants, with a white roof that instantly brings a fresh feel. Looking down from the rooftop, you can see the alleys of Zhongshan, taking in the charm of the city streets while briefly escaping reality. By day, the rooftop presents a clean, natural white style, but as the sky darkens, the lights come on—small yellow lamps creating a “warm” glow.
