On April 18, the cast and crew of the movie *3D Ice Age Warriors* filmed a major scene, the "Battle on the Snowy Mountain," on the western slope of Changbai Mountain, and opened the set to the press for the first time.

The movie filming site
Due to the influence of the continental mountain climate, despite it being spring, Changbai Mountain still receives ample snowfall and maintains excellent powder snow. The white mountain ridges, covered like silk with snow, stretch out as far as the eye can see — a vast and majestic sight that left the two leading actors, Donnie Yen and Wang Baoqiang, along with other crew members, full of admiration. It also made a deep impression on visiting journalists. Crew members noted that while most parts of China are in full bloom in April, Changbai Mountain remains preserved in its wintry white world, which perfectly matches the grand scenes the film aims to portray. Few other locations in China could be more suitable for such filming.

On that day, the crew was filming an ancient battle scene featuring Donnie Yen and Wang Baoqiang. In addition to the two leads, nearly a hundred extras, dozens of horses, and a large props convoy were gathered on-site. Everyone shouted and fought amid wind and snow, creating an extremely spectacular scene. To keep to the schedule, the actors filmed in the snow all day, demonstrating admirable dedication that has left journalists especially eager for the movie’s release.
