The "Search for Explorers Around You" campaign has been held for the third time since 2011. The theme of this edition, "Brave to Live", focuses on finding everyday people who have bravely lived out their ideals as explorers. This year’s event differs significantly from the previous two in terms of format, participant selection, and scale. The activity launched two registration channels—online and on-site. Four winners who registered on the campaign’s online platform, uploaded brave photos, and posted bold statements were selected, joining 12 outdoor enthusiasts who excelled through the preliminary selection rounds to form the top 16. These 16 winners then continued in the knockout rounds, and the final two who completed all tasks will embark on an ultimate polar explorer journey under the guidance of a mentor. This year, in addition to emphasizing physical fitness and outdoor experience, greater importance was placed on selecting explorers with courageous hearts, hoping their past experiences and relentless pursuit of dreams will inspire more people to achieve their own life goals.
The online selection for the third Ultimate Beauty Land—Shangri-La has already begun on the Explorer official website, and the city selection will be held in July.
