Tourism Center / Comprehensive Report
Taichung Lexuan, which specializes in premium hot pot and grilled meats, has used over 100 head of Wagyu cattle since introducing its 9+ grade Wagyu, binchotan charcoal, and red wine grilled meat combo in April this year. To celebrate this milestone, from September 19 to September 30, they are offering an all-you-can-eat sukiyaki-style Australian Tajima Wagyu promotion during lunch and dinner on weekdays (Monday to Friday). The lunch set is NT$1,680+10% per person, and the dinner set is NT$1,880+10% per person.
Tajima Wagyu originates from the Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture in Japan and is the origin of Japan’s three top Wagyu varieties — Kobe, Ohmi, and Matsusaka. It is grain-fed for over 400 days, resulting in finely marbled and evenly distributed fat that creates an appealing snowflake-like pattern and offers a melt-in-your-mouth texture. For this all-you-can-eat Wagyu sukiyaki promotion, Taichung Lexuan is using Australian Tajima Wagyu Grade M9 chilled beef, featuring cuts such as rib, flat iron, sirloin, oyster blade, and chuck flap (three of these cuts are served at lunch).
