Next, Cinzia Bertasa, Katia Fori, and Maria Chiara Parigi secured the silver medal in the team competition, making an outstanding contribution to Italy’s second-place finish in the team event!
The performance of the Tecnica Italian male athletes was also commendable. Matteo Pigoni finished 11th, the first among the Italian team members to cross the finish line, followed by Marco Zanchi and Daniele Fornoni who also completed the race.
All competing shoes used in this event were new products from Tecnica for 2014, and the impressive results delivered a satisfying answer to the work done by the R&D department.
