On July 26, the team members arrived in Chengdu and stayed temporarily in Jinniu District. The advance team briefed everyone on the current local transportation, weather, rainfall conditions in Sichuan, as well as the progress of preparations. On the following day (July 28), tasks needed to be completed included purchasing food and equipment, renting gear from the mountaineering association, contacting the coach, and finalizing transportation arrangements. Due to a power outage in the accommodation area, the mountaineering team members enjoyed a candlelit dinner!!

While we were still asleep, the team members got up at 3:30 AM on the 29th (today) to load the vehicles. At 5:00 AM, they set off at the first light of dawn!!!
But... unfortunately, the road was blocked for over four hours, stretching the main group into a line dozens of kilometers long. In the end, the team took a chartered bus from Chengdu to Xiànàmī Village, arriving in two batches at 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM respectively. On the 30th, they set off at 9:00 AM and after four hours of travel, reached the base camp, where they pitched tents, started cooking, and boiled rice~~~

Currently, the team members are in good condition, with only a few experiencing mild altitude sickness. After waking up tomorrow, they will conduct acclimatization walks, and the climb will begin the day after tomorrow.
