"It's really not easy for young university students to have the courage to organize such an environmentally friendly activity!" Recently, Mr. Tang, an elderly man over 70 years old, participated in a hundred-person cycling and photography event planned and organized by university students. Together with the youth, he discovered the beauty of Guicheng while cycling and captured it through his lens.

"We hope that through this green cycling event, everyone can feel the benefits and importance of outdoor activities." Dai Yilong, a sophomore at South China Agricultural University, along with his friends, planned and organized the green cycling activity, attracting over 100 local residents to participate.

Experiencing the caring culture at Yicui Park, visiting the Lotus Pond Park in Xiasi, walking along the riverfront at Yihai Park... Over 100 residents visited multiple communities in Guicheng including Cuiyi, Dong'er, Wanxin, Haiyi, and Xiasi, exploring urban public leisure spaces as well as industrial complexes like Tian'an Digital City.

These post-90s university students used this innovative and eco-friendly way to bring community residents together, encouraging everyone to step out of their homes, get to know their neighbors, and ride bicycles. This deeply moved Mr. Tang, a post-40s elder. From Guisan Community, Mr. Tang joined the over 100 cycling enthusiasts, pedaling along while taking photos and videos with his camera and camcorder. At every stop, Mr. Tang would pause, then hold a camera in his left hand and a camcorder in his right, moving around to capture shots from every angle. "I need to find the best angles to showcase their most beautiful moments," said Mr. Tang, who plans to burn these photos onto discs and give them to all participants.

"They successfully organized this event, and everything on-site was very well-ordered." Speaking of the students' courage and service spirit, Mr. Tang gave them a thumbs-up. The entire cycling event was organized entirely by the university students, including planning, promotion, fundraising, securing sponsorships from businesses, and designing the route.
