On August 7, the Bai Xue Stationery 2013 Tibet Public Welfare Research Team of the Self-Travelers Association at Renmin University of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Welfare Research Team") held a stationery handover ceremony worth 100,000 yuan with Baiba Town Primary School at the Nyingchi County Education Bureau. Liang Ping, Deputy Director of the Nyingchi County Education Bureau, Rong Degang, Principal of Baiba Town Primary School, some teachers, and all members of the Public Welfare Research Team attended the handover ceremony.

The Self-Travelers Association of Renmin University is a student organization spontaneously formed under the leadership of the university’s Youth League Committee. Since 2006, it has successfully organized seven public welfare research activities in Menyuan, Qinghai; Yulin, Shaanxi; Dingri, Tibet; Ngari, Tibet; and Yadong, Tibet. This trip to Nyingchi, Tibet, marks the eighth edition.
