Challenge yourself to eat bloody innards and soft, chewy "human brains" — an ultra-shocking human organ platter

Would you dare to eat "bloody human innards," realistically soft and chewy "human brains," and twisted "large and small intestines"? To celebrate Halloween, Hong Kong Ocean Park has unleashed a horde of ghosts all over the park, introducing five brand-new Haunted Houses and Halloween-exclusive activities. The park’s restaurants have also rolled out eerie Halloween-themed menus that will test your visual and taste bud limits.

During the Halloween season, the park’s Ocean Café will be transformed into Classroom 02 of the abandoned school "Corpse High School," filled with restless spirits. Brave visitors can order the "02 Regular Meal," which comes with a Human Organ Platter. So realistic that you’ll need to take a deep breath and overcome your fear before digging in — the bloody food experiment officially begins.

The human organ platter includes: Brain (seafood and vegetable jelly), Ribs (flattened bread strips), Intestines (Gibraltar sausage with tomato sauce), Liver (grilled chicken skewers), Lungs (fried chicken breast with cheese), and Stomach (pan-seared steak). Each organ is meticulously prepared, not only astonishingly lifelike but also delicious and filling. After the hearty meal, wash it down with a blood-red special strawberry smoothie "Blood Pond" — refreshing and appetizing.

Additionally, the park’s two major restaurants, "Sea King Restaurant" and "Polar Restaurant," are also offering Ghostbusters-themed meals during the Halloween period. The eerie neon green dishes are highly eye-catching, with cute ghosts lurking everywhere. Starters include crispy bacon and potatoes, the classic Ghostbusters logo bell pepper and tomato soup, and a choice of three spooky main dishes: spinach seafood puff pastry, vegetable herb pasta, or bamboo charcoal beef burger — perfect for hungry ghosts who’ve played their hearts out.
